8.2 Standby mode

A8 to A30, SID, ST, R/W, BCH, BCL, BS, BURST
Upon return following the WKUP input signal being input, it takes 40 s (max.) to switch to normal
operation mode from self-refresh mode. Access requests to the internal DRAM occurring during
this period are delayed until the completion of the mode switching.
The above operation is given for the case when the state immediately before switching is idle.
When the M32000D3FP is in the hold state immediately before switching, the following pins are in
the high-impedance state while in standby mode and while returning to normal operation mode.
In this case, vector fetch is not carried out after returning to normal operation mode, until the hold
state is released.
Notes 1: Input the WKUP signal for at least 2 ms to stabilize oscillation in the clock generating circuit.
2:The idle cycles of 2 to 10 CLKIN periods are inserted after the WKUP signal is returned to an "H" level.
3: The shaded area is undefined.
4: "Hi-z" means high-impedance,
indicates sampling timing.
