Pin and Pad Assignments
The module connector is a surface mount, 1.27 mm pitch BGA style, 400-pin connector. There are
currently three unique mating connector receptacles that are available for the module from Berg
Electronics (part number 74219-002).
Figure 2
shows the connector pad assignments for the manufacturer’s system electronics. This
footprint is viewed from the secondary side of the processor module (the side of the printed circuit
board on which the 400-pin connector is soldered).
