Margin Register General Description
All margin registers are used to implement a hysteresis for alert/interrupt signal generation:
For xxx_HI_int, only when
Result > threshold + margin
Status will be asserted. When
Result <= threshold - margin
Status will be de-asserted.
For xxx_Lo_int, only when
Result < threshold – margin
Status will assert. When
Result >= threshold + margin
Status will be de-asserted.

The 4 bits of margin registers are mapped to threshold as figure above. If the sum (+/-) operation result is larger than 0xfff or
smaller than 0, then 0xfff or 0 will be used as the real threshold setting.
