The Celeron processor mobile module MMC-2 operates with
a maximum input voltage of 21 volts. This circuit locks out
the input voltage if it exceeds the maximum 21 volts. The
output of this circuit, Pin 14 of the LM339 comparator, is an
open-collector output. It is low when the applied voltage at
PWR is more than 21 volts. This voltage can be calculated
with the following equation:

Figure 8 shows that the circuit detects an overcurrent
condition and cuts off the input voltage applied to the
Celeron processor mobile module MMC-2. This circuit has
two different current limit trip points, which accounts for the
