These bits are reserved.
CMODE
Cache Operation Mode
[14:12]
These three bits determine the Cache operation mode of
the L64007. After reset, these bits are 000.
CYC
DRAM Bus Cycle Mode
[11:10]
These two bits determine the bus cycle type that the
DRAM interface port generates when the L64007
accesses the external DRAM device attached to its
DRAM port. After reset, these bits are 00.
PAGE
DRAM Page Break Size
[9:8]
These bits determine the page-break size of the DRAM
device attached to L64007’s DRAM interface port. After
reset, these bits are 00.

Cache Operation Mode
Description
000
Normal
Uses the Cache normally.
001
Flash
Stores back the cache line that was
hit. Generally used when switching
contexts.
010
Invalidate
Accessing the cache line in this mode
invalidates the line.
011
TAG Directly
The content of the TAG address is
modied. Generally used to initialize
the Cache after reset. All Cache lines
must be accessed.
100
DRAM Directly
Bypasses the Cache and directly
accesses the DRAM.
