Video Control
Register (VUCR)
This read/write register contains the control attributes that control the
video PES stream. This corresponds exclusively to PID Index 31.
Except for the bits described below, the bit elds in this register serve
the same function as the corresponding bit elds in the Filter Control
Register 1 (FCR1).

Destination

When this bit is cleared to 0, the destination is the trans-
port buffer. When it is set to 1, the destination is the
DRAM extended channel buffer. Note that the DES set-
tings for PID Index 30 (audio) and PID Index 31 (video)
must be the same.
EI
Enable Interrupt

When set to 1, this bit enables an interrupt to be gener-
ated when the PPU nishes processing this PID. The sta-
tus word for this PID is stored in the PID Processor
