MCU Firmware File Formats
Since the FLASH memory can be programmed in-system under control of the MCU, you have
the option of sourcing the downloadable firmware from the mcm8031.obj file generated by
PSDsoft or the mcm_test.hex file generated by your MCU compiler/linker. If you use the
mcm8031.obj file, its address structure is shown in Table 4.
