3.6 ICU Vector Table
The ICU vector table is used by the internal interrupt controller of the microcomputer. This table has the ad-
dresses shown below, at which the start addresses of interrupt handlers for the interrupt requests from respec-
tive internal peripheral I/Os are set. For details, see Chapter 5, “Interrupt Controller.”
