PME_Status.
This bit is set when the function would normally assert the
PMEN signal independent of the state of the PME_En bit.
Writing a 1b to this bit will clear the PME_Status bit and force the function to
stop asserting PMEN.
Data Scale.
Variable based upon data select. See Table 136.
