The PCI-X Core logic block provides PCI 2.3 and PCI-X 1.0a compatibility. The PCI-X Arbiter logic block allows sharing of the
PCI bus amongst the four Serial-ATA Ports. Similarly the Interrupt Logic block allows sharing of the four PCI interrupt signals
amongst the Serial-ATA Ports. The Global Register File block corresponds to the registers addressed by Base Address
Register 0; refer to Section 7.2, Internal Register Space – Base Address 0, on page 60.
