Physical node identifier of the destination of this packet
TYPE
Extended PHY packet type: (1000b indicates command packet)
PAGE
This field corresponds to the
Page_Select
field in the PHY registers. The register read
behaves as if the
Page_select
was set to this value.
PORT
This field selects one of the PHY ports.
