The following figures demonstrate the operation of the start bit search and
synchronization procedure. The logic sense sampling at RT8, RT9, and RT10
assumes that the probability of noise affecting three consecutive RT samples is
acceptably low, so the examples will not consider any such cases.
Example 1 shows the ideal case with no noise present.

Example 2 shows the start bit search and resynchronization process being
restarted because the first low detected was determined to e noise rather than
being the beginning of a start bit time. Since the noise was before the start bit was
found, it would not cause the working noise flag to be set.
