The ISP1582 can be powered by 3.3 V

If the ISP1582 is powered by V

= 3.3 V, an integrated 3.3 V-to-1.8 V voltage
regulator provides a 1.8 V supply voltage for the internal logic.
In sharing mode (that is, when V

is present), all the I/O
pins are in three-state, the interrupt pin is connected to ground, and the suspend pin
is connected to V
