Power-On Power Supply Requirements
Xilinx FPGAs require a minimum rated power supply current capacity to insure proper initialization, and the power supply
ramp rate does affect the current required. A fast ramp rate requires more current than a slow ramp rate. The slowest ramp
rate is 50 ms with no specifications for a ramp rate faster than 2 ms.
