(2) Line lock mode (HPLL)
This sampling mode uses Line Lock PLL.
Since the sampling clock is adjusted so that the time per line is divided by the specified clock count, this mode
has an advantage of the output of constant clock count per line or frame (field). However, the tracking
performance is low for non-standard video signal inputs so that normal output images may not be obtained.
After performing synchronization separation for the sampled video data, horizontal sync signal, vertical sync
signal, and field ID signal are regenerated. (Analog video input is supported in the interlace scan type only.)
The data of composite video input and S-video input is sent to the video decoder section.
In the case of the component video input, the color space is converted to the YCbCr format even if the video input
has the RGB format, and the data is sent to the subsequent scaler section after adjusting the data format.
