14.3.15 DTST – Data read back register
CPU Address: hF04
Accessed by CPU and serial interface (RO)
This register provides various internal information as selected in DPST bit[4:0]. Refer to the PHY Control
Application Note.
When bit is 1:
Bit [0] – Flow control enable
Bit [1] – Full duplex port
Bit [2] – Fast Ethernet port (if not gigabit port)
Bit [3] – Link is down
Bit [4] – Giga port
Bit [5] – Signal detect (when PCS interface mode)
Bit [6] - 2G signal detect (2G mode only)
Bit [7] – Module detected (for hot swap purpose)
14.3.16 DA – DA Register
CPU Address: hFFF
Accessed by CPU and serial interface (RO)
Always return 8’h

14.4 TBI Registers
Two sets of TBI registers are used for configure the two Gigabit ports if they are operating in TBI mode. These TBI
registers are located inside the switching chip and they are accessed through the MII command and MII data
registers.
