RTIF - Real Time Interrupt Flag

Keyboard Interrupt
Keyboard interrupt functions are available on PC0-PC5. Each port pin can be individually
congured for the keyboard interrupt function in the KBI register at $0010. Once congured, an
interrupt is recognized by a high to low transition (negative edge) sensed on the pin and the I-bit
in the CCR is also cleared.
The interrupt service routine is specied by the contents of the memory locations $3FF0 and
$3FF1.
