Collision signal (MII mode) and Carrier Sense/ receive Data Valid
(RMII mode)
Float for MII mode.
Pull up with a resistor to VDDIO for RMII mode (see
Table 4.3,
“Boot Strapping Configuration Resistors,” on page 32
) .
