Send_Data Command
Command ID:
0x06
Length:
Byte length resulting from Length + EP + Data. For example, if Data length
is 8 bytes, Length = 10 must be configured. Applicable value is from 2 to 10.
Assign Endpoint for data transmission. For assigning method, Table 6
should be referred.

PE Operation:
PE to send data to the assigned Host device.
If PE is in Bound state, PE to send data accordingly.
If PE is in Unbound state, PE to firstly attempt to shift its status to Bound
status, and send data if its attempt succeeded. If failed, it becomes
Unbound again.
If PE is in Unenumerated status, PE to start Enumeration, and will shift
its status to Bound status when successfully Enumerated. If failed, it
stops and remains Unenumerated.
>13.8 ms time gap is required in case of issuing either Send_Data or
Send_Data_withAck after issuing this Command.
There may be a possibility that the data may not be transmitted over IR
link while the buffer is full even though this command is issued. This is
because that this command does not perform the handshake (while
Send_Data_withAck does). For the guaranteed date delivery, use of
Send_Data_withAck is recommended.
