CT internal oscillation output
Oscillation frequency of internal oscillation circuit is determined by the capacitor between pin 4 and GND and the resistor
between pin 5 and GND. Oscillation frequency is 500 kHz at capacitor 33 pF and resistor 33 k
(estimated constant).
