: Reset interrupt.
RE indicates that the circuit has detected a valid reset command via the
RESET pin or the reset command bit GRES.
This interrupt cannot be disabled, since its enable bit is set when a reset
is detected.

: Transmit error interrupt (or exceeded retry).
This flag is set only when the Max number of transmission (1+MR [3:0])
is reached with error of transmission.
