20 Module Maker programming
The OM6213 features five Module Maker programmable
parameters:
1.

LCD
calibration
2.
Charge pump multiplication factor
3.
Bias system selected when BS[2:0] = 100
4.
V
LCD
temperature coefficient selected when
TC[1:0] = 01 (TC1)
5.
Seal bit. Used to select the use of the default
parameters or the Module Maker programmable
parameters. Once set:
a)
The seal bit cannot be reset
b) The Module Maker programmable parameters
cannot be changed
c) The Module Maker programmable parameters are
selected and the default parameters are
deselected.

calibration
The first parameter calibrates the V
LCD
voltage.
A 5-bit code (V
CAL
[4:0]) is used for this parameter. The
code is implemented in two’s complement notation giving
rise to a positive or negative offset to the V
PR
register.

calibration may be used together with V
LCD
offset
(performed by connecting the V
OS
[4:0] pads to either V
SS1
or to V
DD1
).
