Chip Select signal Input pin for MPU to select this device as an I/O device
Input pin for address for selecting internal registers. Valid only when non- multiplex mode is
selected.
16- bit data bus I/O pins. (MSB:D15, LSB:D0) For the multiplex mode, these pins also serve
as the address input signals.
16- bit data/address multiplexed pins. The address pins are valid only for the multiplexed
mode.
In 80-system mode:
Input pin of read strobe signal for output data to data bus from this device
In 68-system mode:
Input pin of control signal R/W for output and input data from/to this
device
In 80-system mode:
Input pin for Write strobe signal for input data on data bus to this device
In 68-system mode:
Input pin of DS signal output when the data bus is enabled
Input pin for ALE signal which is output when the address is valid for the multiplex mode. For
the non- multiplexed mode, always set ’0’ to this input pin.
Interrupt signal output pin.
