Interrupt Functions
The LXT980 provides a single open-collector pin for external interrupt signalling. Seven different
interrupt conditions may be reported. The Interrupt Status Register identifies the specific interrupt
condition (refer to
Table 66 on page 87
). The Interrupt Mask Register allows specific interrupts to
be masked. Interrupts may be cleared in two ways, depending on the status of bit 11 in the Repeater
Configuration Register (refer to
Table 71 on page 90
).
