Third Order Intercept Points
The setup for the third-order intercept measurement is shown
in Figure 21, and a plot of the of results is shown in Figure 22.
The test was for one input to four outputs simultaneously. A
signal spacing of 1 MHz was chosen to reflect the broadband
nature of the crosspoint setup. For two signals at –10 dB, the
third-order products were –60 dB, giving an intercept point of
+30 dBm—a very respectable figure.
