Differences between MB91F361(A) and MB91F361G:
Compared to MB91F361 and MB91F361(A) the following features will be added or modified on MB91F361G:
It is possible to map the three pins for the external DMA channel into the domain of the external bus interface.
This domain can be operated at 5V or 3.3V. When mapped the pins are exchanged as follows:
DREQ0 <-> BRQ, DACK0 <-> BGRNTX, DEOP0 <->AS.
And additional I2C module, which is compatible with the I2C fast mode, will be added.
Either the interface used on F361 (compatible with I2C standard mode) or the new one can be used.
Internal pull-up resistors have been removed.
Additional pre-scaling factors will be added for the stepper motor control module.
EMC improved output drivers for the stepper motor drivers will be implemented.
The initial value for the oscillation stabilization wait time will be changed from 1us to 32 ms for mode “000”.
The external bus interface can be partially or completely switched off by software.
The dynamic bus interface control used on F361 (bus interface is switched off when internal CAN
or flash memory are accessed) is not very efficient in terms of improvement of EMC behavior and
will not be used any longer.
Operation based on 32 kHz Oscillator and PLL is removed from the specification.
In this mode the required clock accuracy for CAN operation cannot be guaranteed.
The CAN interface has been changed so that now the following setting is allowed: TSEG2 = RSJW.
