IrDA Control System
General Description
The IrDA Control system consists of one Host device and several Peripherals (up to eight
devices). Infrared data communication will occur between the Host device and the Periph-
erals. In the usual operating environment, the PC will perform as the Host device, and any
input devices connected to the PC, such as a mouse and keyboard, gamepads or joysticks
will act as Peripherals (Figure 2). Other input devices can be developed within this model.
