Communication status where the Enumeration is completed, and the infrared data transaction
by Polling is taking place between a Host and the IrDA Control Peripheral (opposite of unbound).
HC

s operation mode where simultaneous multiple infrared data transaction is supported for plu-
ral IrDA Control Peripherals. HC shares a single Endpoint over plural IrDA Control Peripherals
as if it has several Endpoints.
Critical Latency. One of the parameters used to categorize the attributes of the IrDA Control
Peripheral. (opposite of NCL).
Operation command given by the system μP to IrDA Control communication LSI over SS-Wire.

IrDA Control Host Controller. An embedded IrDA Control communication controller to imple-
ment IrDA Control Host, offered by Sharp (P/N: LZ85202).
Human Interface Device. Refers to the device whose attribute relates to the Human Interface,
such as keyboard and mouse.
Refers to the host in overall IrDA Control system. This could be a PC itself in case the IrDA
Control system is implemented under PC environment.
