Prior to the horizontal interpolation process, the video data are extended at the horizontal extension
and passed to the vertical interpolation part for the vertical process and then entered into the horizontal
interpolation part. The horizontal interpolation part is configured of the luminance data horizontal
interpolation part and the the chroma data horizontal interpolation part.
The chroma data and are entered R-Y and B-Y components alternatively, so that the data are
interpolated separately by the components before they are put to liner interpolation process.
