The Mod64 Column Offset registers are used to
reduce/eliminate collimated fixed pattern noise
(FPN). There are 64 registers that can be
programmed with individual offset values. They
will be applied to all the columns on a single image
frame on a Modular 64 basis. i.e. Register 80
