will return status 8400H. The erase operation will be performed upon receiving the second Erase command. The second
status will be returned upon completion of the erase operation. The erase operation can be performed in case of “cold”
and in case of “warm start.”
The Erase operation must NOT be performed on the flash that has been never initialized.

Allows storage of two words associated with the next recorded message.
