charge. Please indicate on your purchase order if any are rquired
for your products. Calibration usually takes 2-3 days. Details of
calibration procedures are published on our web site.

We can accept a Sterling, Euro or US Dollar cheque drawn on a
UK bank only. You should ask us for a pro-forma invoice so that
you can write a cheque for the correct amount including the
carriage. We will despatch your goods as soon as we receive
your order enclosing the cheque.

We can accept a bank draft made out in sterling, US dollars or
Euros. Your local bank will sell you a bank draft in one of these
currencies. You should ask us for a pro-forma invoice so that
you can arrange a bank draft for the correct amount including
the carriage. We will despatch your goods as soon as we receive
your order enclosing the bank draft.

We can accept payment by telegraphic transfer in Sterling, US
dollars or Euros. We will send you a pro-forma invoice against
which to make payment. This will ensure that the correct amount
is transferred. You should allow 7 to 10 days for the transfer.
The goods will be despatched as soon as the transfer is received.

Calibration Certificates
You can contact the distributor in your country and they will be
pleased to take your order. You can find your local distributor by
looking on our web site (
www.picotech.com/distribl.html
) or
the helpfiles on your demo CD.
If there is no distributor in your country, you may order direct from
Pico Technology. We will need to know the order number and
description of each item that you require and your name, address
and telephone number. We need to know how you want your
goods shipped and any special instructions.
Placing an Order - UK
If you are a Limited or PLC company, we will need a copy of an
official company purchase order either by fax or post. Personal
customers must pay by credit card, debit card or cheque with
order. Our credit terms are strictly 30 days, and, we reserve the
right to charge a late payment surcharge if you exceed these
terms.
E-commerce
All of our products can be ordered online through our e-commerce
service. Payment is accepted by credit / debit card over the web.
Prices
UK Sterling prices are quoted in the catalog. Please contact your
local distributor for the latest prices in your currency. If you do not
have a local distributor and wish to buy direct from Pico Technology
you can find our prices (Sterling and US dollars) on the web

). You can telephone, fax or
e-mail us for a quotation.
EU companies must quote their VAT number on all orders. If no
VAT number is quoted, we will charge UK VAT, currently 17.5%.
If you have a VAT exemption certificate, please send a copy to us
at the time of ordering.
Volume discounts are available at 5% for 3+ and 10% for 10+.
For larger quantities you can request a quotation.
Delivery Charges
Unless otherwise agreed, small orders are sent by first class
recorded delivery within the UK and international registered airmail
overseas (where available). The charge for single items is £3.50
(UK) and £10.00 (overseas). Urgent or multiple products will be
despatched by courier and carriage will be charged at £10 in the
UK, or cost plus handling for overseas. If you have any special
instructions for shipping, these should be stated on your order.
Payment Methods
When ordering direct from Pico Technology, payment will be to
Pico Technology Limited. Payment terms for company orders are
strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

Returning an Unsuitable or Faulty Unit
In the event that your purchase does not prove suitable for your
application, you can return the product within 14 days and in
good condition, for an exchange or refund.
If the unit becomes faulty within 2 years and has not been subject
to abuse, then you may return the unit to Pico for repair or
replacement free of charge.

returning a product please contact Pico for a returns
number. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
