5 Interrupt for A/D Converter
The interrupt factors for the A/D converter have the following two:
Completion of conversion when the A/D conversion function is operating
Input voltage and comparison condition match when the sense function is
operating
T Interrupt when A/D conversion function operating
When A/D conversion is completed, the interrupt request flag bit (ADC1: ADI) is set to 1. At this point,
when the interrupt request enable bit is already enabled (ADC2: ADIE = 1), an interrupt request to the
CPU occurs (IRQ6).
Write 0 to the ADI bit using the interrupt-processing routine, etc., to clear the
interrupt request.
The ADI bit is set irrespective of the value of the ADIE bit when A/D conversion is completed.
Remark: When the ADI bit is 1, the interrupt request occurs immediately when the ADIE bit is changed
from Disable to Enable (0 to 1).
T Interrupt when sense function operating
When the sense function completes comparison between the input voltage and compare voltage, and the
input voltage matches the set comparison condition, the interrupt request flag bit (ADC1: ADI) is set to 1.
At this point, when the interrupt request is already enabled (ADC2: ADIE = 1), an interrupt request (IRQ6)
to the CPU occurs. Write 0 to the ADI bit using the interrupt-processing routine, etc., to clear the interrupt
request.
The ADI bit is set irrespective of the value of the ADIE bit when a comparison condition match occurs.
For reference: When the ADI bit is 1, the interrupt request occurs immediately when the ADIE bit is
changed from Disable to Enable (0 to 1).
