Power-on RampUp
The 2.5V core supply (and 2.5V V
cc
PLL supply) can be fully powered without the 3.3V I/O supply. However, the 3.3V I/O supply cannot exceed the
2.5V core supply by more than 1 volt during power up. A sustained large power difference could potentially damage the part. Inputs should not be
driven until the part is fully powered. Specifically, the input high voltages should not be applied until the 3.3V I/O supply is powered.
There is no special requirement for how fast V
cc
I/O ramps up to 3.3V. However, all timing references are based on a stable V
cc
I/O.
