Mask Selectable Options.
There are six Mask Selectable
Options to choose from based on ROM code require-
ments. (See Table 7).
Low Voltage Detection/Standby.
An on-chip Voltage
Comparator checks that the V
CC
is at the required level for
correct operation of the device. Reset is globally driven
when V
CC
falls below V
LV
(Vrf1). A small further drop in
V
CC
causes the XTAL1 and XTAL2 circuitry to stop the
crystal or resonator clock. Typical Low-Voltage power con-
sumption in this Low Voltage Standby mode (I

RAM content is preserved. When the power level is re-
