Voltage Detector and Power Supply Circuit Electrical Characteristics
Notes:
1.
Select the voltage detection level with the VDSEL1 bit in the OFS1 address.
2.
Necessary time until the voltage detector operates when setting to 1 again after setting the VC25 bit in the VCR2
register to 0.
3.
Time from when passing the Vdet0 until when a voltage monitor 0 reset is generated.
Notes:
1.
Select the voltage detection level with bits VD1S0 to VD1S3 in the VD1LS register.
2.
