Notes:
1.
The measurement condition is VCC = 2.7 to 5.5 V and Topr =
40 to 85°C (J version) / 40 to 125°C (K version).

This indicates the precision error for the oscillation frequency of the high-speed on-chip oscillator.

This enables the setting errors of bit rates such as 9600 bps and 38400 bps to be 0% when the serial interface is used in
UART mode.
