MEMORY ORGANIZATION
The Central Processing Unit (CPU) manipulates operands
in three memory spaces (see Fig.4) as follows:
32 kbytes internal, resp. 64 kbytes external Program
Memory
512 bytes internal Data Memory MAIN- and AUXILIARY
RAM.
Up to 64 kbytes external Data Memory
(with 256 bytes residing in the internal AUXILIARY
RAM).
