It is recommended that the rate of
increase in the voltage be kept to
no more than 50 mV/ms.
If power supply voltage needs to be changed in the course of operation, a smooth voltage rise is
recommended by suppressing the voltage variation as shown below. Also, do not use the PLL clock
when varying the voltage.
However, the supply voltage can be changed when using the PLL clock if the voltage drops by less
than 1 mV/s.
