ture sensors which can be easily calibrated. They
operate as a 2-terminal Zener and the breakdown
voltageis directly proportionalto the absolute tem-
peratureat 10mV/

and operates within a
rangeof current from 450

A to 5mAwithout altera-
tion of its characteristics. Calibrated at +25

C, the
LM135,LM235, LM335 havea typicalerror of less

C temperaturerange. Unlike
other sensors, the LM135, LM235, LM335 have a
