DESCRIPTION & FEATURES
概述及特點(diǎn)
The FHI01 series battery protection IC is designed to
protect lithium-ion/polymer battery from damage or
degrading the lifetime due to overcharge 、
over-discharge and/or over-current for one-cell
lithium-ion/polymer battery powered systems ,such as
cellular phones
The ultra-small package and less required external
components make it ideal to integrate the FHI01 in to
the limited space of battery pack. The accurate±50mV
overcharging detection voltage ensures safe and full
utilization charging. The very low standby current
drains little current from the cell while in storage.
FHI01 系產(chǎn)品用於可反充電的單個(gè)鋰子電池
或聚合物鋰電池的保護(hù)電中，它僅控制鋰電池
正常使用，又能有效地保護(hù)鋰電池免受過(guò)充電、過(guò)
放電、過(guò)電的正常使用。
晶片採(cǎi)用小封裝和較少的週邊電元件，使它能
想地集成到手機(jī)電池板有限的空間裏。精±50mV
過(guò)充電檢測(cè)電壓保證電安全、充分的充放電
用。在待機(jī)態(tài)時(shí)，耗電較小。

Load Detection Function during over-current mode ：
0.1V～0.18V
Delay time are generated by external capacitor
C2,when C2=0.01 F, the delay time about 120ms.
Less required external components ：Tow resistors and
two capacitors.
