GENERAL DESCRIPTION
EM92002/EM92003 is a set of 4-bit micro-controller specially designed for low cost cordless phone.
These devices support 16-bit security code, receiver power saving and one way paging, power down mode for
data protection, carrier detect and production test mode that is convenient for production alignment. All of this
features are designed for low cost, high performance Cordless Phone system applications.
FEATURES
Design for very low cost cordless phone system.
Random 16-bit security code.
In-use/Battery low indication.
Handset mute key function.
Handset keypad back lighted.
Base carrier detection
Auto-answer/auto-standby function
Power saving control (1:9)
One way paging to find where the handset is.
A 32-digit LNB (Last Number) redial buffer.
Dial signal selectable. (Tone/Pulse, Make/Break and Flash time)
Pulse 10PPS dialing and 3.6 sec Pause time.
Power down mode for internal data keeping and reduce power consumption.
Test mode for production testing. (Voice, Data and DTMF)
Design base on EM73290 and EM73491 4-bit microcontroller
Both use 4MHz crystal.
