GENERAL DESCRIPTION
EM92010/EM92011 is a set of 4-bit micro-controller specially designed for 10-channel cordless phone. It
consists of all operational features of existing cordless phone. Besides the flexible changeable options is ideal for
single design to meet various standards in different countries. The handset unit also includes SDO interface for
using with EM32100 10-digit LCD driver (1.5V supply voltage) to display dialing number, channel number and
CHK key function.
FEATURES
Serial Data Output (SDO) pin, which use with EM32100 (10 digit LCD driver; panel provided; with real time
clock and stop watch function) for dialing display.
Can work with 10-digit LCD module (EM32100 - 1.5V supply system).
10 different channels changeable with parallel PLL EM92600 series interface.
16 bits random security code.
Handset unit RF power saving control at a maximum ratio of 1:8.
Individual keypad for handset and base unit.
Base unit speakerphone function.
Auto on / auto standby function.
Handset turn on by any key while ring incoming.
Line holding and call transferring.
Carrier sense. (auto turn off after 32 seconds and warning beep every 8 seconds while talking).
Handset keypad backlighted.
Two ways paging and intercoming (direct intercom from handset to base).
Power down mode for data keeping.
Battery low detection and indication.
Ringer on/off switch control provided for both Handset and Base unit.
Testing mode by key or pin for production alignment. (Voice and data modulation test for each CH)
Beep volume control for ringing or key tone.
Line hold release automatically by picking up the parallel (extension) telephone set.
Selectable Tone/Pulse, M/B ratio and PPS rate.
Selectable flash time, 600ms, 300ms, 100ms and 80ms by R-option.
3.6 seconds pause key and tone mode soft key change.
Built-in DTMF generator.
Two 32-digit redial buffers (one in Handset and one in Base).
3 sets of direct memory (32 digits) and 10 sets of indirect memory (16 digits) on each units.
CHK key function, used to check channel number, LNB, memory, etc.
Design based on EM73400/EM73492 4-bit microcontroller.
42 pins shrink DIP (SDIP) and 44 pins QFP package available.
4 MHz crystal.
