8.5 Charge Pump
The HS drivers use floating NDMOS transistors as power devices
.
To provide the gate voltages for the NDMOS of the HS drivers, a
charge pump is integrated. The storage capacitor is an external one. The charge pump oscillator has typical frequency of 4MHz.
