space beginning at address 00000H. The D-Series
cards contain a separate EEPROM for the Card Infor-
mation Structure. D0–D7 are active during attribute
memory accesses. D8–D15 should be ignored. Odd or-
der bytes present invalid data. Refer to Table 2.
Word-Wide Operations
The D-Series cards provide the flexibility to operate on
data in a byte-wide or word-wide format. In word-wide
operations the CE1 and CE2 must be low and A0 is not
used for any addressing.
