Interfacing to μP’s with bidirectional reset I/O
The ZXCM series can be used with microprocessors
havngbidirectionalresetpins,suchasMotorola68HC11
series.Theadditionofa4.7kresistorbetweentheZXCM
reset output and the processor input ensures correct
operation of the reset circuit. A buffer to other circuit
components is then required to enable the processor
reset drive to operate correctly. The circuit
configuration is shown in Figure 2.
