GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Z86307 is a member of the Z8
of ROM and 125 bytes of RAM. The device is offered in
18-pin DIP or SOIC style packages and manufactured in
CMOS technology.
MCU family with 2 kb
The Z86307 offers on-board pull-up resistors, trip-point
buffers to accommodate optotransistor outputs, and high
drive ports capable of up to 10 mA current sinking per pin
(3 pins maximum).
The precision RC oscillator filters out high-frequency noise
from the oscillator input pin.
To unburden the system from coping with real-time tasks,
such as counting/timing and I/O data communications, the
Z86307 offers two on-chip counter/timers with a large num-
ber of user-selectable modes. There are two basic address
spaces available to support this configuration: Program
Memory and 125 bytes of general-purpose registers.
