TONE DETECTORS
There are 16 tone detectors in the data pump. They are
programmed by setting up one word for each tone detector.
There is one global threshold setting for all 16 tone
detectors. The address for the tone detectors are as follows:

The tone coefficients are calculated as follows:
The default values on reset are represented in Table 16:
The threshold is calculated as follows:

is –24 dBm. This value is set every time

a different value, it should be reloaded

To use the tone detectors, perform the following steps:

Note:
Tone detect mode is the same mode used for Biquad tone
detectors, because both Biquad tone detectors and tone
detectors run concurrently. As a result, the host is al-
lowed to look for individual answer tones as well as call-
progress tones.
3. Set up the tone detector threshold
