General Description
The Winbond W9832AASA is a 4M x 64 Synchronous Dynamic RAM memory module. This module consists of four
pieces of W986416AH (4M x 16 bit) SDRAMs in 54-pin TSOP-II 400mil package, and a 2K EEPROM in 8-pin SOP package
on a 144-pin 6-layer PCB. A 0.1 uF decoupling capacitor is used for each SDRAM.
The W9832AASA is a Samll Out-line Dual In-line Memory Module for mounitng into 72-pin dual readout zigzag edge
connector sockets. It is designed to operate in 3.3V, low-power memory systems.
