ESD Ratings
For performance considerations, minimum ESD protection is provided for the high speed input pins. There-
fore, proper procedures should be used when handling these products. The VS8061/8062 are rated to the follow-
ing ESD voltages based on the human body model:
1. All high speed input pins are rated at or above 500V.
2. All other pins are rated at or above 2000V.
The above ratings apply to both “F” and “QH” packages.
